Refunds & Cancellations

We are committed to providing careful, respectful, evidence-informed care. Because consultation time and clinical expertise are delivered in full at the time of your appointment, we are generally unable to offer refunds based on dissatisfaction with outcomes or disagreement with clinical advice.

Course fee
The course fee ($395 AUD) is non-refundable once access has been provided, except where required under Australian Consumer Law (for example, if the service is not delivered as described).

Package payments
Any additional amounts paid as part of a package may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the services already provided or accessed, and in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Additional fees may apply for scans, biopsy, IUD insertion/removal or other procedures.
