YOU'VE CHANGED HOW YOU PRACTISE –
This is how you take it all back to your clinic and stay connected
Wondering how to take this forward with you?
Do any of these ring true?
-01-
You've got no resources to send your patient home with (or to educate her with before the appointment)
You've explained it as well as anyone could in the appointment time you had, but she still walks out with 10 more unanswered questions. You've been thinking of developing your own educational materials – but who has the time?!
-02-
You're the only one in the building who works this way
Nobody quite gets it (yet). At the moment, there's no one down the hall to ask what they'd do with the woman you saw this morning or how to regulate when you’ve had a rough day. Plus you still feel awkward implementing the tools and practices you've learned and you'd love a safe space to talk things through.
-03-
The hard ones still land on you alone
The patient who isn't shifting. The tricky presentation you can't quite work out. You think it through on the drive home – on your own – but you'd love the opportunity to discuss those difficult cases with someone who's seen it before...
...If that's you, then keep reading. This is what we've built for exactly where you are right now.
So here's what we know... this way of working doesn't hold on its own.
^^ Which is exactly why we’ve now realised the program was never meant to be the end of it.
Twelve weeks changes how you see things. What it can't do is follow you into a full clinic day, months later, when the pressure's on and the old habits are the fastest ones to reach for.
Every practitioner who's tried to carry a new way of working alone knows how this goes:
It isn't a discipline problem.
It's that the work needs easy resources you can hand over, people who think the way you do, and somewhere to bring the case that's stuck.
THAT'S WHAT THE PRACTITIONER COLLECTIVE IS FOR
You + The Collective = the work becomes everyday practice
Maybe you've thought :: "I'll keep this going on my own." Most of us do think that, and most of us find the clinic quietly wins.
Or maybe it's :: "I've done the program, that's the part that counted." Yes, it's what opens this door. But completing the program doesn't give you something to put in your patient's hands on Tuesday, or someone to talk to when it feels awkward or clumsy to implement the tools you've learned.
Either way, The Collective :: gives you resources, ongoing support from us, and a direct line to the practitioners who work the way you now do. It's the difference between having learned it and being able to implement it day-to-day.
What changes when you're in The Collective
- You've got something real to give her – a patient library, ready to hand over, instead of those resources you keep meaning to build.
- You're not carrying it all alone – you have a supportive online community and four times a year you can talk those challenging cases through with us in real time.
- You're findable – the women and practitioners looking for someone who works this way can see where you are.
Imagine...
-
Handing a woman the right resources at the end of a consult, and knowing they say what you'd say.
-
Bringing the cases you're struggling with to three specialists who know exactly what you're describing.
-
Opening your inbox to practitioners around the country (and the world) who work the way you do.
- Feeling part of a movement that's changing how we practise medicine for good.
What's Included
#1- Access to Vera Wellness patient resources
We've developed a range of patient resources and programs including the Heal Your Pelvic Pain 10-part online course, our shorter course Unlocking the Power of Your Cycle, plus a range of simple video practices, meditation scripts, PDF guides and handouts. As a member you'll have access to pass these on to the women in your care, so this key information reaches them before or between appointments.
#2- Quarterly live calls with Peta, Thea & Paula
Four times a year we'll run a case clinic and open conversation so you can bring the patient who isn't shifting, or the presentation you haven't met before, and think it through together.
#3- A place in the practitioner directory
Your listing in our referral directory, so the women and practitioners looking for this approach can find you.
#4- An online space to connect and reflect
You'll have access to our online community of people who understand the work. This is a highly responsive space to ask questions and reflect on your own insights or challenges.
#5- Supportive practices to keep you regulated and up-to-date
We're constantly developing self care practices for practitioners and you'll receive first access and member pricing on retreats, CPD workshops and Vera events.
Is The Collective for you?
It's for you if:
- You've completed our Transformational Medicine online program
- You want resources you can put directly into your patients' hands
- You'd love support to think through the harder cases rather than continue on your own
- You want to stay close to this work as it grows into perimenopause, PMDD and women's health more broadly
- You want to be surrounded by other practitioners who get it instead of being the odd one out
- You'd like the patients looking for this kind of approach to be able to find you more easily
It might not be for you yet if:
- You haven't finished the program – the Collective opens to you once you have
- You're not currently seeing patients, so the resources wouldn't have anywhere to go
- You don't need support or a community to practise this way and you feel complete

A note from us...
We built Transformational Medicine because we wanted to show you a different way to work in women's health – one that starts with the practitioner, and treats the whole woman rather than her symptoms alone.
What we didn't expect was how much it would matter to keep walking together once the program ended.
The women you're seeing next week need more than any of us can give in one consult, and none of us should be working this out alone.
The Collective is our answer to that. We'd love you to stay with us and continue to develop your skills and build a community of practitioners around you who work in this transformative way.

I'M IN!Here's what others are saying...
Dr Aviva Nathan
If you work in healthcare, particularly caring for women, I'm not aware of any other program like this one.
GP participant
I am truly transformed and using the skills every day, with the most amazing results. I am listening to my own body and what it’s saying in consultations, but more clearly I am looking at what my client's body is saying to me.
